For Operative, it has always been about the Bass! Since the day he brought his first set of Technics 1200′s and a DR-550 drum machine – He was hooked.
After taking the time to explore almost every genre of electronic music there is and hone his DJ skills, the desire to produce was to strong.

He needed to forge his own unique sound combining all of these influences.

A Certificate and Diploma in Audio Engineering begins and any spare time is spent locked away in his studio, and now, Operative is releasing his creations to the world!

With a string of releases already out on Beatport and a Drum & Bass EP set to drop in the near future, 2011 looks like a busy one for Operative.
